(and remember, the line between mental and physical can get blurry, so if you want to try one of these as your “physical” activity, go for it!!)
physical PROJECT IDEAS
1. Drink 1 glass of water before breakfast
2. Work towards a 10 minute plank
3. Do X amount of time plank
4. 5 minutes working on handstand progress
5. DANCE!!
6. Wake up at the same time every day
7. Go to bed at the same time every day
8. Work towards a pull-up
9. Stretch for 5 minutes before bed
10. Eat 3 meals a day!!
11. Actively have 10 minutes of rest
12. Do a deep breathing exercise
13. Have 1 completely mindful meal
14. Go for a walk
15. Go for a run
16. Do a wall sit
17. Cold shower every morning
18. Focus on bedtime routine
19. Focus on morning routine
20. No screens for 1 hour before bed
21. Wash your face every morning and evening

23. Do a workout simply because it’s fun (find one on youtube, dance around, do a group class with a friend)
24. Focus on posture
25. Sleep for a minimum 8 hours every night
26. Check email only 3x per day
27. No devices in the bedroom
28. Do yoga every morning or every evening
29. Spend 10 minutes practicing a new physical activity (skateboarding, yoga, wakeboarding, biking, running, kickboxing)
30. Get rid of 1 item of clothing per day
