MENTAL PROJECT IDEAS
1. Journal
2. Meditate
3. Cold plunge/shower
4. Express gratitude
5. Tell someone you’re grateful for them every day
6. Start a gratitude journal
7. Focus on gratitude throughout the day (doesn’t have to be something explicit)
8. Go for a gratitude walk
9. Declutter
10. Make your bed
11. Do a good deed
12. Do a deep breathing exercise
13. Do 10 minutes of yoga
14. Unfollow 1 negative social media account daily
15. Unfollow social media accounts that make you compare yourself to them
16. Set phone/screen time limits
17. Only use social media between 12:00 and 21:00
18. No screens for the 1st hour after waking up
19. Write down something good that happened
20. Reach out to someone you haven’t talked to in a while
21. Listen to a favorite song

23. Compliment 3 different people
24. Take a picture of something in your everyday life that brings you joy
25. Make sure your outfit brings you joy! If not, spice it up.
26. List something you like and appreciate about yourself
27. Read for fun for 10 minutes
28. Read something educational for 10 minutes
29. Spend 10 minutes learning a new language
30. Sit outside for 5 minutes and do nothing
